Hedges Direct Ltd is a specialist in hedging plants available nationally by ordering online or by phone.
We've been selling fantastic quality hedging plants on the internet for over 5 years working
in partnership with some hand picked growers who work on contract to us. Each year we sell over
1 million plants from 10cm titchy little plants to monsters of 5m tall.
We're experienced in supplying very large quantities to landscapers, garden designers, builders,
hotels, pub chains and other trade/wholesale buyers and equally we're happy to supply £25 worth
of beautiful plants to the individual gardener.
We have two teams of people - James, Claire, Katy and Paul are our customer sales and
service team - and Louie, Steve, Evita and Mick are our despatch team (supplemented by regular
temps in the busiest weeks) and they all work for Paul Shipley who is our Managing Director
and one of the shareholders. We have two other directors/owners - June Pearce (marketing and
contract grow relationships with our partner nurseries) and David Pearce (finance).
