Description

Rudbeckia 'Goldsturm', also called Black Eyed Susan for the dark 'eye' at the centre of the flower, is a deciduous herbaceous perennial with gorgeous sunshine-yellow, daisy-esque flowers. The flowers erupt en masse in the summer on long stems and bloom through to autumn, extending the garden flowering season. in addition, they are a magnet for pollinators providing late season pollen and nectar.

Also known as coneflowers and sometimes referred to as Echinacea 'Yellow Storm', Rudbeckia 'Goldsturm' loves being in sun or partial shade in any location and likes moist but well-drained soil of all types except sandy.

This clump-forming perennial grows to around 1m high and 50cm wide.
