Description
Parthenocissus quinquefolia, commonly known as Virginia Creeper, is a vigorous deciduous climbing plant, prized for its lush green foliage and outstanding autumn colour. The five-lobed leaves provide dense summer coverage before turning brilliant shades of crimson and scarlet in autumn, creating a dramatic seasonal display.
This self-clinging climber attaches itself to walls, fences, and structures using small adhesive pads, making it ideal for covering large surfaces quickly. Hardy, low maintenance, and tolerant of a wide range of soils and conditions, Virginia Creeper is perfect for screening, disguising walls, and adding vertical interest to the garden.
