Trade Hedges and Garden Delivery
Everything You Need to Know About Your Trade Delivery:
- Delivery Costs - details are in the delivery information table below, based on your total order value.
- Standard Delivery Time - 2 days. (Some troughs and trees can take up to days). We will contact you with an estimated delivery date in your Dispatch Confirmation.
- Receiving Delivery - Standard deliveries are 'No Signature Required' and will be unloaded at the delivery address (curb side delivery) whether you are present or not. However, for large orders, it's advisable to be present.
- Couriers - We'll only use those who have shown consistency of efficiency and care.

Many trade orders involve large items, root balls, or bulk quantities that require pallet delivery or specialist vehicles.
- Pallet Deliveries – Typically 24–48 hours via an 18-tonne vehicle. Smaller vehicles can be arranged (surcharges may apply).
- Large Plant Deliveries – Orders involving oversized root balls or trees will be discussed with you directly to confirm access, lifting equipment, and delivery date.
Standard delivery is 2–5 working days. Larger items (such as tall trees and root balls) may require up to 14 days. For pre-orders, delivery will be arranged once stock is available. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, delivery will usually be made once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged. Additional charges may apply if split deliveries are requested.
Deliveries are made kerbside, and no signature is required for most deliveries. However, for pallets and large plant deliveries, we recommend someone is present to direct the driver, especially where access is restricted or lifting equipment is required.
Returns and refunds are available in accordance with our Trade Terms & Conditions. Please contact the Trade Team on 01257 447522 if your order is incorrect, damaged, or faulty. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
