Not Ready to Plant Your Bare Roots?

Don’t worry! Here’s how to keep them happy until you’re ready.

Store your plants in a cool, shady place – a garage or shed is perfect.
Keep roots moist by wrapping them in damp towels or newspaper. Don’t let them dry out or freeze.
If planting must be delayed for more than 10 days, “heel-in” your plants outdoors by laying them in a shallow trench and covering the roots with soil.
When ready, plant in their final position following our planting advice.
