Description

Muscari armeniacum, commonly known as grape hyacinth, is a much-loved spring-flowering bulb producing dense spikes of deep cobalt-blue, bell-shaped flowers. Flowering in early to mid-spring, it brings vibrant colour to borders, rockeries, containers, and naturalised planting schemes.

Compact and low growing, Muscari armeniacum works beautifully at the front of borders, beneath shrubs, or in drifts through lawns and woodland gardens. Exceptionally hardy and easy to grow, it naturalises readily, returning year after year and often increasing in number. Its nectar-rich blooms are also an early food source for bees and other pollinators.

Supplied in a 1-litre pot, this well-established plant is ready to provide instant spring impact with minimal maintenance.
