Liquidambar styraciflua, commonly known as Sweet Gum, is a striking ornamental tree celebrated for its spectacular autumn colour. Its distinctive star-shaped green leaves create a fresh canopy through spring and summer before transforming into brilliant shades of red, orange, purple, and gold in autumn.
