Description

Ceanothus thyrsiflorus 'Repens' also called Creeping Blue Blossom is a compact, beautiful, evergreen spreading shrub most noted for the prolific production of powder-blue flowers, that cover the plant in spring. The flowers are borne on panicles in small, dense, domed clusters making for a truly lovely aesthetic all through spring and into summer. They are also highly attractive to bees and other pollinators.

Plant this shrub in a sunny, well-drained site to see it thrive. It will also grow well against a wall, spreading upwards and so can be much taller. It prefers a sheltered location and will grow in most soils.
