Description
This standout variety has fluffy, pale pink, almost double flowers that give it a soft, full appearance. The small green leaves add texture and stay evergreen through the year.
‘County Wicklow’ is valued for its unusual, frilly blooms and long-lasting colour, making it a great choice for extending interest into autumn. It’s also popular with bees. It has double RHS Awards for Garden Merit and Plants for Pollinators becuase of its outstanding attributes.
Grow in full sun in acidic, well-drained soil. It’s hardy, tolerant of coastal and exposed conditions, and reaches about 25–30cm tall and wide.
Trim lightly after flowering to maintain its compact shape.
Supplied in a 9cm pot for planting at any time of year.
