Description

Brunnera macrophylla ‘Jack Frost’ is one of the most sought-after shade perennials, celebrated for its stunning silver foliage intricately marked with green veins. Its heart-shaped leaves illuminate shady borders, woodland gardens, and underplanting schemes with their frosted, reflective appearance.

In spring, clusters of small, vivid blue forget-me-not-like flowers rise above the foliage, creating a beautiful contrast against the metallic leaves. Long-lasting, elegant, and easy to grow, ‘Jack Frost’ is perfect for adding texture, brightness, and year-round interest to darker garden areas where many plants struggle.

Reliable, hardy, and low maintenance, this variety forms attractive clumps that slowly enlarge over time. Suitable for borders, edging, groundcover, or mixed perennial planting, Brunnera ‘Jack Frost’ is a top performer in shade gardens.
