Description

Acer griseum, commonly known as the Paperbark Maple, is a highly ornamental deciduous tree, prized for its spectacular peeling bark in rich shades of cinnamon and copper. The bark provides outstanding year-round interest, particularly in winter when it flakes and curls away from the trunk.

In spring and summer, the tree produces attractive trifoliate green leaves, which turn brilliant shades of red, orange, and scarlet in autumn, adding further seasonal appeal. Slow growing and compact in habit, Acer griseum is ideal for smaller gardens, specimen planting, and ornamental landscapes.

Supplied at 125–150cm tall in a 2-litre pot, this young tree is well established and ready to plant, offering long-term beauty and structure.
