Hedges Direct is proud to supply quality hedging plants to gardeners, landscapers, parks, businesses with grounds, universities, councils, developers, breweries and pubs as well as gardeners improving their own gardens. We are just as pleased to receive an order for £50 as we are for £50,000 (well, maybe not ... but still quite pleased!).

Whoever you are, if you're interested in buying a hedge, you want to know that you're going to get good quality plants at a great price. Because our business is structured around selling on the internet and by phone, we thought you might be reassured by reading some of the many lovely comments we've received from satisfied customers.

"Thought you might like an update as to the success (or otherwise) of the 'native' hedging which you kindly supplied during the the autumn of 2009. The fact is that Christine and I are over the moon at the success rate having planted out about half during the autumn then (due to bad weather) heeling-in the remainder until the followiing spring of 2010. We lost a few during the first summer due to water shortage and a few more this year, again for the same reason but remarkably, a few field maple which appeared to have curled up their toes, are starting new growth from the base. It pays to hold your nerve. All in all a very successful venture with lots of growth and we are awaiting eagely for 'maturity' when the birds, who are already feeding from the insect population, will take up residence (hopefully next year)."
